Ms. Svoboda has over twenty years of experience in program management, talent management, and operations inside and outside the DoW. Her recent work with Echo Five Group includes project management of workforce development, talent pipeline, and leadership coaching initiatives for ExxonMobil and Navy SSP. Ms. Svoboda is certified to interpret Hogan, EQ-i 2.0, and EQ 360 Assessments.
