John Kinsler

Mr. Kinsler has over seventeen years of experience in program, project, and portfolio management workforce assessment, change management, organizational development, and workforce planning.  He has delivered projects and managed programs that have improved organizational effectiveness and governance in the Department of Defense, NASA, Department of State, World Bank, LMI, ExxonMobil and the VA.  As the Program Management Office (PMO) lead at LMI, he directed the launch of a corporate program management office increasing organizational program, project, and change management maturity.  His portfolio contained over 25 strategic change programs.

He has also headed a PMO office for $3.6M Army Civilian Workforce Transformation initiative, guiding senior executives and project team in the development of human capital strategic plan in order to improve career management processes and employee engagement scores for over 300,000 employees.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management, from Colorado Tech, a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.  He is also PMP and Six Sigma Certified.
