Utilizing the Hogan Personality assessments, EFG works with organizations to discover how personalities interact giving an organization a powerful tool to ensure the most productive and functional teams.
EFG looks at each organization and project as unique. We use our proven Aspire, Create, and Thrive (ACT) framework to advance the build of a pilot program. We work directly with leadership to systemically focus on the outcome of the program first. Then we assess the pilot based on those outcomes before final launch and thrive of the program.
