Ms. Vanderford is an Air Force Veteran and Senior Advisor at Echo Five Group. Teresa has over twenty-two years of military experience leading cross-functional teams, developing, and writing DoD policy, and providing executive assistant services to Senior Executive-level U.S. Air Force General Officers. Teresa currently leads Governance in the Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program and has supported the Echo Five Group workforce development initiatives with the Navy Strategic System Program and Veterans Affairs.
